Full Body Massage
The treatment
Finding your pace
Choose a full body massage when you want time spent across the body. Broad strokes and gentle kneading give the session a steady rhythm, with room to linger over areas you would like the therapist to focus on.
Think about the pressure you enjoy and which areas you would like to include or leave out. If you sit for much of the day, for example, you might ask for more time around the shoulders while keeping the rest of the massage light.
When you call, mention your preferred pressure and any areas you want to prioritise.
How the session feels
In a full body massage, broad strokes link one area with the next, while kneading gives smaller areas a little more attention. The changes in touch are part of one continuous rhythm. This makes it a good starting point if you prefer your time to be shared across the body.
Deciding where to spend the time
You can enjoy an all-over massage and still have a preference. For example, ask for a light touch on the arms and extra time around the shoulders. If you want most of the appointment spent on one area with steady pressure, compare the deep tissue session before booking.
Before you book
A booking question
What if I would like more time on my shoulders?
Mention this before the session, together with any areas you particularly want included. The team can discuss how to divide the time between broader work and your shoulders.
